  • Internal alterations - knocking through walls/kitchen expansions £375 + local authority fees + engineer fees (where appropriate)

  • Garage conversions - £375 + local authority fees.

  • Single storey extensions - £550 + local authority fees + engineer fees

  • Loft conversions - £800 + local authority + engineer fees

  • Architectural sign off certificates for CML forms and mortgage stage release draw downs on self-build

  • Self-build/ custom-build home - POA

  • 3D architectural models for promotional material - POA
